What This App Does
ConnectWith allows invited team members to authorize read-only access to their Gmail or Outlook inbox. This access is used to monitor response times, identify unanswered emails, and ensure operational accountability across business communications.
What We Collect
- Your email address and display name from Google or Microsoft
- OAuth2 tokens stored and refreshed by Nango
- Email metadata: sender, recipients, subject, date, and labels
- Email body content for analysis purposes
How We Use It
- To analyze email response times and identify items needing follow-up
- To surface patterns across business communications
- Data is only accessible to authorized administrators
- We do not sell, share, or distribute your email data to any third parties
What We Do Not Do
- We never send emails on your behalf
- We never modify, delete, or move your emails
- We do not share your data with third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising
Data Storage
OAuth connection state is stored by the self-hosted Nango service in its dedicated infrastructure database. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Revoking Access
You can revoke access at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions (Gmail) or Microsoft Account (Outlook) and removing this application.
