Overview
USSP Inbox Connect is operated by US Software Professionals, Inc. It is a private authorization page used by approved users to connect business email accounts for operational response monitoring.
Google User Data We Access
When you authorize a Google account, the app may access your Google account email address, display name, Gmail message metadata, labels, thread information, recipients, subjects, timestamps, and message body content. The app also stores OAuth connection state needed to maintain authorized access.
How We Use Google User Data
- To monitor business email response times and identify unanswered or delayed messages.
- To support operational follow-up for the business context that requested the connection.
- To maintain an audit trail of connected inbox authorization and sync status.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not send emails on your behalf.
- We do not modify, move, or delete your email.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or data broker products.
- We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.
Storage And Security
OAuth connection state is stored in USSP's self-hosted authorization infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems that need it to operate the service. We use access controls and transport encryption to protect data in transit and restrict production access.
Sharing And Transfers
We do not disclose Google user data to third parties except service providers that operate authorization, hosting, logging, security, and infrastructure for this app. These providers are used only to provide or improve the app's functionality.
Retention And Deletion
We retain email-derived data only as long as needed for the approved business monitoring purpose or as required for security, legal, or operational records. You may request deletion by contacting accounts@ussoftwarepro.com.
Revoking Access
You can revoke Google access at any time from Google Account Permissions. You can also contact support to request that USSP remove the app connection.
