USSP Inbox Connect

USSP uses this private authorization page to connect approved business inboxes for response monitoring. The app requests access only after an approved user starts the authorization flow.

Monitor business email response times, identify unanswered items, and support operational follow-up.
Access
Read email identity, metadata, labels, and message content from connected accounts.
Limits
The app does not send, edit, move, delete, sell, advertise with, or train models on email data.
USSP Inbox Connect is operated by US Software Professionals, Inc. This public homepage and its linked policy pages are visible without sign-in. OAuth tokens are stored in the company's self-hosted authorization infrastructure and can be revoked from your Google Account permissions at any time.

How email data is used

What is collected Account email address, display name, OAuth connection state, message metadata, labels, and message body content needed for response monitoring.

Who can access it Authorized USSP administrators and approved operators responsible for the connected business context.

Data sharing Email data is not sold, used for advertising, or transferred to data brokers. Service providers are used only to operate authorization and secure infrastructure.

Revocation Access can be removed in Google Account permissions. You can also contact accounts@ussoftwarepro.com.
